On our last day in London we had
to carry out backpacks around with us after checking out from the Bedford Hotel
in the morning so we thought it would be best to do some more sightseeing. So
from the hotel we caught the tube and got off at St. Paul's and started our
sightseeing from there.
Next we walked along the
Millennium Bridge and had a quick walk around the Tate Modern from there we
walked along the Thames and came across Shakespeare's Globe.
Next we passed the HMS Belfast.
Then we walked around the Tower of London which at the moment is surrounded by porcelain poppies to commemorate the centenary of the outbreak of the First World War, which looks so pretty in real life.
We then got onto the tube and got off at Victoria and had
another look round Westminster Abby and Big Ben.
Overall me and my Mum had a really great time and saw lots of
sites but to be honest I am so glad to be home and released how lucky I am to
live in such a quiet city.
